Yes, they obviously add some value to it, otherwise they wouldn't be selling at all.

But there are really several gaping problems:
- Will this be enough to stop the bleeding? I hope for you guys it will, but it seems a long shot to me.
- All the misrepresentations regarding GW. I think strut had a fairly comprehensive list of these a couple of days ago, or otherwise go to basically any HTFBS issue from a couple of years ago
- Trust in management?? You simply can't trust these guys. Kelly has made a career out of missed goals/guidance. Tassiopoulos and all those GW claims, well..

I mean we have guys who have way more sight than I what has been going on behind the curtains arguing lawsuits..
