Why would the USPTO care to read anyone's financial statements during the process of patent applications? What would J&J do with these fraudulently disseminated financial statements?
I have filed for a few patents personally, never had a request for financial statements. I have had numerous clients, including in the medical device industry, with J&J in a JV, file for thousands of patents, and never did they require a financial statement submission.
