Give me a single example of when a publicly traded oil company deliberately withheld a discovery from their shareholders. You may find one or two obscure examples but the statement is at least 99% true. Oil companies don't do that.

We heard the exact same myth about SNP and ERHC withholding news of a discovery in the JDZ. Some held on to that ridiculous theory for over 5 years saying SNP and ERHC were hiding the discovery so they could acquire more property in the EEZ and the JDZ. That turned out to be 100% absolutely false.

I am really tired of hearing poor excuses about why ERHC does not adequately or timely disclose material events. There is only one reason. They don't want to because it is in THEIR OWN best interest to hide things from their own shareholders. Sadly, it is not in our best interest. It never has been and it never will be.
