So I emailed john Harrington from proactive and he responded;

Not heard much from them or of them recently. We are still covering them, though.

I can't offer much insight beyond what we've written on the site except to state the obvious: India is a very, very large country.

China seems to be on the radar and from my limited memory of geography, that's an even larger country.
