hahahahaha
I just bought 125 shares lmao and i called em to the carpet. If they dont have the cert to cover them why are they selling. I cant sell me 4 month old position but I can buy a new one what a friggin crock.
When you trade in a bulk cert you trade it in they shouldnt be selling if their cert is in transition. they are bypassing the dtcc if the t/a has the cert.

bottom line they are stuck and flailing.

think of it this way if you need your bulk cer5t to match false numbers remove the false numbers from circulation, by making them appear as (*sljb*) insted of lfwk or sljb. viola clean audit. these guys are as crooked as they come.

stocklobster

This 3 days to clear funds, is about the new Naked Short list pink/OTC:BB thing and has nothing to do with a name change. IMO Matters not, why, all should be happy that it finally finished the merger / exchange hype. And now they have a real stock to trade.

All that happens is you can buy, but if you sell, now you must wait 3 days for the funds to clear in your trading account.

Was always suppose to be like that, just now that the M&Ms have to report non cleared shares each day, for naked short reporting, they are a little afraid to get caught selling shares they don't have.

Brokers seem to be concerned, because by reporting this info to clients, I see it as a positive to STOP naked shorting, for the first time, maybe something will work.

PS: I have traded several name change stocks in the past and they traded the day of the change. I can't trade LFWK or SLJB now. Guess you need to call with my broker.

My guess is it's because LFWK was non reporting at pinks before and that may have something to do with the new symbol not trading electronically on the first day so far.

Swing time, be careful.

I will publicly eat my words at my board, I didn't think this Name change & actual merge completion would be seen for months.

I was wrong!
