Just on the exchange rate NBGGY loses 3% vs. USD - that being said, what are the real effects after the smoke clears. I understand that some 80-90% of agreements between the EU and GB will remain in place. It would take 3 years before GB completes its pullout. But there is the larger question of the effects on nationalism, and the psyche on other EU members. What happened today is about the equivalent of electing Donald Trump. Anything has to be considered possible now (including the British Parliament not acting to leave).

Stupidity? Not Sure!!,Imagine the US had gone into an American Union. Countries like Argentina and Brazil used to Boom. Also, include much of Central and South America. RIGHT NOW...Many are bulking at a bail out for Puerto Rico. Some say..politicians mismanaged the Puerto Rican economy. If there was an American Union, would you want to bail out Brazil? Plus, we have open borders. Some question that. Is it Good? In the EU, anyone can migrate to another EU country. The Brits love their culture. They see their culture slipping away.
