Well looks hes gone and gave it up to this guy. I think the new guy is top notch. I think I rem you posting about this one on PE board. I thought at the time it was on its way out but looks like its on its way in.
Im really liking the bio of the new CEO. 1512g a couple years after last filing. Just need to find out what hes got planned.
Doyle Betsill – Senior Vice President of Construction and Maintenance
Doyle started career in construction as a Project Manager for D.R. Horton Custom Homes where he reported directly to Terry Horton(the have these built right by me). After leaving Horton, Doyle became the CEO of Betsill Brothers where he grew the firm to be the largest construction firm on Maui. Responsibilities included managing construction and development divisions of company. Both VP of Construction Division and VP of Development Division reported directly to me.
Construction projects included single family subdivisions, both apartment and condominium multifamily projects, luxury custom homes, and tenant improvements at luxury resorts such as Four Seasons Resort at Wailea, Grand Wailea (formerly Grand Hyatt), and Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa. Commercial construction projects included several multimillion build outs such as Hope Chapel and Maui Park Plaza. The Development Division was responsible for overseeing the planning, zoning, design, engineering, permitting and site work and infrastructure for single family subdivisions, master planned smart growth communities, and numerous multifamily neighborhoods. Doyle seat in the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity(pretty good organization is a understatement), Kihei Community Association and was a member of the Maui County Board of Code Appeals.
I think its safe to say the guy is a legit dude.
His bio is even bigger on SEC filing. There is no reason he cannot turn this around and this be in the same field of PPS as AVNI or ALOD imo . All it needs is filings and some steak. imo
