Its a case of the company not in the remotest way needing to consider a r/s. It is a subject brought up by a highly non-credible poster that continues to post essential babble. If you're new to the company then do some quick DD ... easily found in stickies and on this board...verifiable info.... and you'll understand.

Only one issue to back up my point, the company has MILLIONS of dollars in the bank.

Here there is no need for a reverse split. They have the necessary finances to complete all the projects they are working on. There is no dilution at the moment. When the MJ leasing and the revenue from Oil and Gas comes in they would have enough money and no need for additional funds. Therefore no need for a reverse spit at this moment.

Except others have tons of toxic notes they need to convert and are no bid or would go there if converted. Not the case here.

CGRA has not issued a share in seven months and had $3.4m cash at end of Q1.

There is no reason to believe they will or need to, pure nonsense from someone who makes up stuff and claims to be flipping.
