Why wait for management to make a move in a positive direction when one as an investor can do it?

I'm invested here and even if that means that I own 0.00000000000000000001% of the company that gives me a right to look after my investment.

There are many companies out there that could be interested in this company, especially now that Boreal is struggling financially.

You never know and "you could be the one" that turns this company in a positive direction.
