The feds are going to have a field day with this clown show.

I expect they already are.. but, due to the complexibity of the situation, they are, as is the norm, moving slowly before taking action...

Except they are likely corresponding with TALK...with letters that typically aren't posted on Edgar until each letter is responded to by the company and resolved--one way or the other......

I will not be surprised if they move to suspend, or do not... but WILL be surprised if TALK is still around and trading a lot higher, down the road a year or so.....

Haven't heard a peep from the Feds.

They must be still be working undercover after 6 plus months. lol.

Seems like the bigger problem is the SEC and not TALK.
