That's not VooDoo accounting. That's how Black Sholes works! Those shares are removed from the table and put into a non tradable stock series of shares.
The accounting looks fine and I am sure the SEC agrees with RMHB's accountants. We all understand that all this accounting stuff is difficult to understand to the common layman.
The new filing of the Form 10 is just the beginning of a golden brick road that will lead to corporate success and growth....
