Geez RD, they could announce loans or carve-outs any day now and when that happens it will run-up very quickly. Are you sure you want to wait much longer. My small order hasn't been filled yet (just slightly less than $5) but I'm thinking of pulling the trigger at this point. I cant see it going much lower than where mgt. purchased their shares a few weeks back.
