Hi Bob,

I'm sorry to hear that youre not feeling well...of course I understand chemo is a bitch to go thru.
You know the way you take a skeptical eye towards TA charting....thats the same way I feel about chemo.
We all have a 50/50 risk of getting cancer,I have been saying for a long time that if I was diagnosed with cancer I would refuse chemo and radiation. but atthe same time I also know that when the time came,if I had to make a decision, who knows if I might try it myself.
I'm a big believer in alternative treatments, and a whole comprehensive detox program, infrared sauna, heavy metal detox, etc....and there are many herbal medicines that kill cancer cells, I would want to learn about all these things. and since Ive had Lyme disease for the past 20 years, I did learn alot of things, and Ive been able to stay reasonably healthy and managing my condition ok.
If you ever decide to get on a complete healing program, please email me and I can give you a good boost in the right direction for putting a program together.

I imagine that the oncologist would be telling you that while youre on the chemo, you dont want to be taking any vitamins or detoxifying supplements, because it could diminish the strength of the chemo. but after that, you ought to be able to start a healing program.

I know that there are many folks out there who have some interest in vitamins and alternative health and they might freely have a good idea or two to encourage people, to do this or that, take vitamin c or take chlorella powder ,...but I'm way beyond that simple knowledge , in the 30 years Ive been committed to a vitamin health program, and then getting stricken with Lyme, Ive become a master of knowledge about almost everything in the alternative field, way beyond the average person. My problem is I didnt go to medical school to get a phd and become a naturopathic doctor, and make a great living. I have that level of knowledge ,but it goes wasted but for myself and my family.
In any case, I want you to always feel free to ask me anything or if you need support just to talk.

It takes alot of effort and inner strength to heal,it takes thousands of hours of study on the internet to learn all about healing processes.
but every hour spent pursuing a powerful healing program is worth the effort. Dont just rely on chemo and be resigned to nothing else.
This is just the beginning of your healing process.
There is a great wealth of info on the internet to explore and study. I can help point you in the right direction any time you want .
Be well, Bob.and hang in there now, for the real progress will come later.

So sorry to read this "cork". Wish you the very best.
I am a follicular non-hodgkins lymphoma survivor/battler. Grade 1-2 stage 4.
R-chop was 6 treatments 3 weeks apart. First time was 11 1/2 hour IV.
After that average was 7 hours for the next 5 treatments. Happened to time out so one treatment on my birthday and one on christmas eve. LOL
If I can help or listen, since you are a paying member here, PM me your e-mail.
It sucks big time. I am still glad I did it even with a few permanent side effects. I would have been dead 9 years ago. We are all different, just be you.
Cold watermelon all day everyday was helpful to me and others for controlling/keeping free of mouth sores. MD Anderson now has it as part of their regimen. Many tricks. Not all work for everyone so try or try something else is often the case.
One last comment and I will shut up and give you space. Don't be a hero and fight nasuea if it is a problem. Get on top and stay on top if possible cause once it gets away from you it can be hard to control. One of my mistakes was waiting almost too long instead of proactive.
Prilosec otc and Braeburn apples ended up helping me not have to go to the heavy meds. I can explain more if desired.
Sorry if sounds too strong a come on. So Sorry you are "C" group member.
Hope this doesn't seem too cryptic and unfeeling.
Prayers for you and your family.

My two favorite brothers on IHUB right here...
Cork and Citrati.

Count me in to add support to our quest for healing.
I dont have a subscription here at IHUB, so this can also be a good place to 'talk'. its an abandoned forum Cork found.
My email is astrotab1 @yahoo. I think you both have it,but I'll leave it here for reference.
I just discovered this web site radio show that might offer a good resource for info.

Geez, that description of chemo treatment sounds like living hell. I always wish to do all I can to find better ways to heal.
I'm 60 now, and of course I wonder if theres cancer developing in me somewhere. The Lyme is bad enough for me, Ive been struggling with it a little this week.fighting it once again.

lets all heal more and be well in 2016.
