Hey we are all mad about the share price, but we all didn't try to sucker xxii into a bad deal either.

Like the Tolite paper said, if he loses the $10m he will write it off. So at one point he claims he's unhappy because he was $7.5m in the hole, and then later talks about how he would write it off anyways.
