"UMS had 17mil in revenues in 2014 which declined in 2015 to 10.1mil. I believe we will see this recover this year to prior levels."
"The lawsuits don't bother me either. All companies have lawsuits. UMS ran out of money to buy inventory which generated less revenues leaving them unable to pay the bills. Once they recover they can pay these off in full. In total its not that much money."
TALK has merged with UMS/CPD Mobile, per the Closing 8k filed and is one of T-Mobile's Largest Master Dealers .. awaiting 8ka audit and consolidated Q to be filed, audit is complete imo since we have the true rev figure now .. branded store openings, carrier funding from T-Mobile is a very likely possibility here ..
Check T-Mobile's dealers site and you'll see they have funded expansion via branded store openings and direct INVENTORY disbursement, which caused the decline in revenues from the previous year. The company clearly stated this was the reason for the decline in revs and confirmed they are in contact with carriers regarding funding.
T-Mobile and Metropcs both described CPD Mobile as the "obvious" choice for nationwide distribution of many of its products.

Why wouldn't T-Mobile want to EXPAND by funding one of it's Largest Master Dealers??
