That is sad if true. I think the guys on this board want to be smart investors. They just need to ask better questions and demand more of management and the board of their investments. I have never seen a company announce an acquisition without disclosing the terms, like price, so it makes it highly suspect.
That statement couldn't be further from the truth. And there has been no hype to play off of. What little we know has been gleaned from factual information. Where have you seen hype.
