TEAR Annual Meeting of the Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) of TearLab Corporation, will be held on June 24, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. CDT.

Waiting to hear what was discussed. I know one thing was them talking about an increase in A/S from 65 mil to 90 mil. Hoping to hear what the vote on that was as well as anything else that was discussed this morning.
