If so, and Kryron does have marketable superior properties as so declared on the company web site from 2011, then add to that as true the following facts,

1. Kryron can easily be reverse-engineered and duplicated
2. Kryron patents are not defensible.

then a conclusion would be that years ago another company, or most likely China and Russia, would have put forth real defensible patents that would prohibit Bourque Industries from making Kryron alloys.

Didn't happen.

Thus the information you received is bogus except for the defensible of Kryron patents as that has been discussed quite well on prior posts on this board.
