Another thing I think it could be is a big pharmaceutical buying a 20% stake in RXII little by little. For instance Sanofi has acquired a sizeable stake in Alnylam. Could it be that a big pharma company is buying a 20% stake in RXII. Then it could also partner on a program like cosmecueitcals as well. The reason they probably haven't announced anything yet is because they want to buy up the shares first but at a moderate rate.

Certainly could be the case. I recall Dr. C saying something about that either in a cc or an investor conference. He wanted to make a partnership deal which required the partner to make an equity purchase on the open market.

I wonder if we will ever find out. $3.20 is the next big resistance point. Sadly, prior to the RS, these recent moves are the equivalent of 2.5 cents. Market cap is still incredibly low. I am just glad to see we have life.
