This Company has a dynamic structure and footprint. Knowing that the Leaders have invested their own money, from what I can see in public filings, gives me a great opportunity to ride this company to long term success.

Can you please provide a link to the filings that show this dynamic structure and footprint? Can you please explain what the company does? All I see in old filings is what appears to be a toxic debt facility that allows the lender to convert at a set price way below current market. Can you please elaborate.

Lastly, who are the "leaders" you reference?
