AdvisorShares isn't a publicly traded company so they wouldn't have to issue anything.
The court docs are sealed and everything I have read says that if the public is made aware then there can be huge repercussions. So how do you let the shareholders no without making the information open to the public?
Has anyone talked to Thomas Braziel? I'm thinking he has received some information on it and is gonna be quiet until this pays out.
Berke should just liquidate the company and pay out the remaining cash, that way he doesn't have to inform us of the settlement details and we can also recognize the value of "fund.com"
