Please Jim is not even president and CEO any more and maybe that dilution isn't from Jim it is,from a,private shareholder selling convertible debt the company did,before Sheltema. This,all,means Nothing let's just see if my prediction is correct. Duffy is gonna help Sheltema fix ECDP while,making a,huge company,in SCNP.
