The last one definitely was. The footnote said so.

I don't hold it against him for cashing in options. After all, he and his immediate family own more than 1%, and the options are compensation. They are not supposed to be earmarked for investment purposes only. That's optional. And for Herbert it certainly can be construed and proper for not putting all of your eggs in one basket.

Even his son holds a quarter million dollars of USAT common stock.

It is very interesting and telling that more recently the directors are holding their shares.
