Hey David, I agree that sometimes things take more time than usual. Everyone is highly anticipating a deal to close by EOM from the filings. I personally view the 4a and 13 filings as communication in their own regard. I am sitting back and waiting and watching like the rest. If nothing happens by EOM, I fear iHub crowd will go berserk and scream it's a scam of sorts even louder than they are now. In any event if there is no announcement by EOM, myself and others will surely be writing for explanation.
