My one allotted post for the day. Clarification once again needs to be made. The law suit is far from being over, matter of fact it hasn't even started yet. Judges work on their own time frames and there's no pushing them. The strength of this RICO case is continually growing while the company waits for the judges decision.
XA has had some small jobs since Coachella and has a potential contract with a major company. Good Gaming's 1st Beta tournament went off with barely a hitch and overall received great response from gamers. Their next tournament will be this weekend. Obviously it will take time to build up memberships and have their name become recognized and synonymous with being the place to go for hassle free tournament competitions while building up their social media sector. Also as has been mentioned Good Gaming will soon have their own ticker symbol.
So from my perspective things are moving forward, they're just not moving as fast as everyone would like, inclusive of Glenn Laken's feelings on that subject. Believe me Glenn's patience has been continually tested but through it all it has not phased his belief in the company's direction and potential.
