I'm not sure I totally understand your argument. So yes, they wanted the acquisitions more so for the license rather than just the business and relationships. However, the new legislation changed the game and they decided not to pursue the deal any longer. They are still applying for license in other states. And perhaps there is still another company or two they are trying to acquire? They did say there was a total of 3.
So maybe they sugar coated the words a little. What company doesn't? They have been very open and honest with us overall. Revs are growing and they have a good plan in place to continue growing. I'm not worried one bit.
