There is legal action and then there is legal action. He was sued for non-payment of debt and then misrepresented himself by going to court as the official representative of ReelTime after he had quit as CEO. Then, he lied to the courts. But who cares. Heck, even the IRS doesn't care. He outright violate the law, pocketing the monies provided to him between 2006 and 2008 instead of paying liabilities, even though the funds were issued to the company for paying those liabilities. He went from bank to bank, leaving tens of thousands in overdrafts. It can be seen right there on the bank statements. Monies in, monies much of it spent in nothing that has even a tenuous connection to the company.

I also sent out to a number of people a copy of the QuickBooks file. While each entry in it corresponds to an entry in a bank statement, many of these entries clearly show a pattern of deceptions. Of the millions that came in a very substantial amount, maybe even more than 50% went to His pocket, that of his wife, to another of his companies, withdrawn from ATMs or spend going to restaurants or other expenses that could not possibly have anything to do with legitimate ReelTime expenses.

Yes, clearly this company is a scam. I would have never found out the extent thereof if I had not taken the time to study all these things. Like so many people of his, ilk, BH knows that the government will not bother with him unless he has something to be taken from him. The record is clear but there is also no justice in this country. Authorities will not go after the corrupt; only after those from whom they can extract something.
