Or it could be the IRS or the state of AZ wanting to be paid past due employment taxes for all the former BOrK employees that JB stiffed by not paying them their wages. JB has screwed everyone who invested money or time in BORK. Also those holding receipts for the undisclosed side deals are now seeing the writing on the wall and may be pulling the plug on JB. These folks providing private financing and almost free use of assets to BORK in return for a royalty (a payment based on a percentage of the sales of KRYRON products) are coming to the conclusion that there will be no sales from which they can recoup some of their lost investment in BORK/JB. They are now seeing there are no testing partners, no manufacturing partners and no sales of any KRYRON based products. All of JB's efforts were aimed at creating interest in KRYRON for the purpose of getting new investors to purchase BORK stock so it would pump the stock price so JB could then get paid when he dumps his massive amount of stock. Then ride off with his saddlebags full of cash and leave everyone else in the dust with BORK in a pile of ashes.
Well that's not going to happen as JB has just run out of rope only having attracted one new follower to this site over the last 3 years.
So Juan Mendoza ... you need to find another gig/job.
And JB you need to buy a portable A/C unit because it is very hot this time of year when you will have to hang out in C. J. Condom's garage. You might also get one of those mini-fridges so you can keep a nice supply of cold beer on hand
