I wonder.

I found a filing on ENTI/Development considering there is a history

2,000,000 Class C preferred = 7,700,000 per share at .001 par value

So then would that be a $15,400,000,000.00 value ?

So I took into 14.7 Billion shares. Got 700,000,000 @ $1 left over...
Now thinking Mr P has 696,000,000 and I have 3 MIA certs and my guess would be Cjtrader had at least 1 certs on 1.469 Billion shares at ENTI. I added 4 Million and came up with 700,000,000.

Also 700,000,000 (12,403,093,085 shares on the 2011 ENTI filing X 5% F/S listed for surrender of old shares and certs = 620,154,756. 700,000,000 - 620,154,756 = 79,845,246 + 20.2 Million left at PTEL = 99,845,256 of a 100 Million PTEL SS. PTEL reset from ENTI/MMX/PTEL deal.

Funny though I seen 14.4 million go through DUTV the other day. Spike on my share Radar,

Several different Fuzzy thoughts.

1. 14.4 million at $1000 per + 6,000,000 Non self clearing merger into a Nasdaq ready ?

2. Seeing 144 million plus 256 Million complete the 1.4 Billion and also = 400 million strong shares.

2nd thought. Mr P has 696 Million, Encounter Tech Inc Restricted ( 6.9 Billion at old ENTI when curtain was pulled 4% of that for IYP = 276 Million) + or - 24 million lets call it 24 million because it fits with the 240 short at PTEL, 167 Million TORQ, Plus 256 Million free trading DUTV. I get 1.4 Billion

(-1,000,000 DUTV - 7,000 PTEL in my activity log) I get 143-144 Million restructured. 143-144 Million + 24 million = 167-168 million TORQ

Funny though I found a "National" filing for 7,000,000,000 shares and a Osceola Gold Inc Filling for 7,670,000,000 and 30,000,000 class A shares. Funnier part that ='s the ENTI development SS. Plus The National Filling had 4 share structures...

All while I have Fundamentals post in my Brokerage account that suggest a 208 Billion Dollar Market Cap, 1.4 Billion Shares on 8 Billion in sales


So my other thought was since only about 400 Million shares can trade until this mess is cleared UP. There would be a IPO after October on 1.4 Billion shares. Though we could be in unconventional territory also ...

would that be a

$24,000,000,000.00 Rogue Trade for TORQ

or should we settle for $3.75 ??
