Per 8K "The Plan further provides that on the effective date of the Plan, all previously outstanding equity securities of the Company shall be cancelled and discharged."

Nothing is good about owning shares of this company. Golden Gate Capital is taking it private. But if you are no longer a shareholder why do you care??
