A question one might ask is how can HTFBSN's principal be a party to a shareholder ANY lawsuit. He was aligned so closely to corporate ANY as has been conveyed on numerous n/l disclosures. Even (LOL), being present as ANY corporate dropped the hammer at a closing bell. Maybe the 'gorilla' should also be culpable if indeed it comes to that. What are your thoughts 'SG88'?
