Ironically, I give that article about the same chances of being factual as the chance of striking commercial oil in this first hole. Not a big reason to change course yet.
In my view, I am surprised no other news sources has tried to repeat this unfortunate news. It raises a LOT of suspicion on the source and motivation.
The volume is too small to let the "market" give us the answer.
I would almost think the volume would be a lot higher just on Offor's friends and family exiting if the news was true. I know that is not politically correct thing to say but I strongly suspect this would happen here.
