I think there is very little in the float and most are owned by insiders (at least through the last few weeks) Outstanding could reach $4 billion if all the perfered is converted... As of March 31st, 1.1 billion issued with over half controlled by officers and 10 million perfered (1-100 conversion) also a massive 600 million just given to officers 1q16. Also I think most of the debt repayment was to officers. And with the 1 to 100 perfered conversion it makes it a very risky investment (dilution).
Range .0015 - .0025 (baring good news) if your trading it... I invested, but it's very risky in my opinion! (Could pay off big)
