The main focus here isnt even the licences anyway, the fact that they are profitable, growing and continuing to do so is why I am here.
There reason for not doing the acquisition is a great one, nobody needs more government red tape in their business. They had the foresight to see this.
The only thing I believe is what the company puts out in a PR, not what some dude on a message board says they heard from some random phone call. Thats called speculation, at the highest level
