This thing is not even a fully formed company yet and you believe a contract could come at any time??

I've worked for a Gov't contractor.

It takes months to get contracts. There's a formal rigorous process that takes months.

MGT isn't even close to bidding for a contract even if one did exist.

They've filled many management and advisory positions but they still need to hire organize development teams and everything that goes with it.

Rome was not built in a day.
