Eh, not everything. After all they did send in an amended OTC bogus yearly, in which they removed the name of Bart&Bart Associates who would file the mythical Form 10. Along with all mention of a future Form 10. Guess Bart&Bart got tired of seeing their firm's name being associated with this scam. Not to mention the $100 of cash on the books doesn't go too far in paying a retainer fee.
