That's exactly why they listed on Nasdaq. There's no shortage of people with online trading accounts and absolutely no clue how the market works, much less how some companies make their money almost entirely through repeated reverse splits and massive dilution.

Seeing people gloating over their 1000% gains after these reverse splits is simultaneously sad and funny.
