In order to pull off these scams they need hyper activity, hired hands who put BS across the net and the pump to dump flipper crowd who toss their winnings down your throat. Hyping in any media possible ignoring the facts for their quick flip.

Scam artists like LIE-berman depend on this, know these people will aide them and all that's necessary is to pump the volume up which alerts the groups who'll move in and take control. From then Lie-berman only has to sit back and dump in to their momentum.
