All due respect duke, these were copied and pasted directly from each of the filings with the exception of the headings for each one. All the info below the dates and the filings they have come from are completely copied and pasted, so if there is a mistake it's a mistake in the filing. You're making a point for me though - instead of always saying it's in the filings you would do this board a good service to source your information like I try and do.
