Gee, where in the paltry -$69K operational loss is there a line for R&D? Nope, ya don't run into many Biopharma companies with $0.00 for R&D. Unless it's a Microcrap scam.

Indeed wouldn't they. The DEF14C filing made on 13-Jun to the SEC covers the dilute part. The R/S if it occurs is probably a year away. First the fearless CEO needs to jack up the O/S to match the new A/S of 3.5B, so he and other insiders can dump up to 35M/Q.
