Why Go SDOCQ? All Equity Interest (Common and Preferred shares) will be canceled. Shareholders will be wiped out.

The Court assumes all Equity Interest Holders will reject the plan but in the hierarchy common shareholders are the last to be distributed assets.

It goes:

1. Taxes/Government
2. Secured Debt Holders
3. Unsecured Debt holders
4. Preferred Shareholders
5. Common shareholders

The POR clearly states the common shares will be terminated.
