Can you explain? What is OTC? Can you provide a link for the 80 million debt? It's incorrect. What is lowest of the low lenders? Who said IMSC is looking for refinancing? You're convinced there will be a buyout, since you thought the buyout would not be last week, when do you think it will be? How much do you think it will be for? More than or less than current SP?
