And the company made it very clear in a letter to shareholders NO RS! If they ever decide to do a RS we would be the first to know. It is all there in black and white. They got so tired of the misinformation about any RS happening they decided to address it in a letter to BSSP shareholders recently. One again No announcements of a reverse split have been made

No announcements of a reverse split have been made and if the Board had made that decision a press release and an 8-K would have been warranted. Having said that any future decision, if there ever is one will be announced immediately to the investing public.
