I do think that this is a significant event. It's confirmation of IP that is both a process and a product - now protected. IMO.

However, I don't think anyone would conclude any part of this process is a foregone conclusion.

I think the next series of moves will be when ITA is granted, phase 1b and any other milestone between now and end of 2016.

2017 will have its own series of moves based on progress and success.
