I do not doubt that you can put 2 & 2 together as you suggest, the problem lies in being able to extrapolate the info you are listening to & then predicting future events. The reason for this is obvious, first, listening to what basically constitutes 'the choir" only offers one point of view, one that is PM centric & secondly, it becomes nearly impossible to account for the unknown{s} that seem to crop up & become ruinous to our predictions. In any event, I'll keep an open mind & wait 'till December to see which posit is the correct one, coming to a conclusion prior, would merely be speculation.
