I'm surprised more people didn't question and start watching here after company stated they would be appealing Naz determination. What BK company does that?
With regard to the trading, you often get that when people have been 'stuck' in a play for a while and they reactively feel this 'is their chance to get out'...especially if they think the news was 'no rel news'. Next few days here should be telling!
