The company will have to pay monthly installments to former CEO for the next 12 months or so, each in excess of revenues generated today for the same period. The weight carries on for quite some time to come.

That is IF the deadweight is gone. Hopefully he doesn't have much more to sell. If it is done, then I do agree that we see organic growth (like I've been anticipating for quite some one now)
