Am I understanding you correctly? The only way you would do the private placement is if you took along a geologist of your own, and visit with the company and (presumably) sign the NDA and look at data?
That is the most sensible thing I have seen on this board in, maybe, forever.
That brings up a question though. If I understand your statement correctly, then why would expect or encourage anybody else to invest without seeing data?
