I'll usually go for bigger position in non-scam OTCs because then you don't have to worry about an SEC suspension. My two favorite non-scam OTCs with a really good company story and recent news are GEQ*U and CDN*L. (I used asterisks because I'm not sure if we are allowed to talk about other tickers here.)
