Re: shareholder vote...voting majority wasn't an issue until the OS got over ~700M as Brookstein, thru himself and Spirit Management(he is the sole shareholder), controlled just about all the preferred share classes(A,B,C,D)...

~3,608,194 on total, all of which have 100 votes per share with regard to voting matters...

so, he controls ~360M votes thru his preferred alone...
